Overview
Our client, a landscaping/masonry company, approached us with the goal of generating leads to grow their customer base.
Initially, he allocated a modest budget of $750 for the first month, covering a 30-mile radius.
Based on that, we promised him a minimum of 8 leads, meaning he wouldn't have payed us anything if we didn't generate that amount.

To maximize the effectiveness of the budget, we devised a strategy that included two types of ad campaigns, using engaging visuals such as collages and before-and-after photos.
In the early days, we ran tests on all ads with a lower budget to identify which ones delivered the best performance metrics. We focused on two key statistics: looking to get the Cost Per Click (CPC) under $4 and the Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM) under $30.
After a few days of testing, two campaigns emerged as top performers, achieving a CPC close to $1 and a CPM around $22. With this insight, we allocated the remaining budget towards these successful ads.

Outcome
By the end of the first month, our targeted approach generated a total of 15 leads. Encouraged by the effectiveness of our campaigns, our client decided to increase their budget to $1,200 for the following month.
This adjustment allowed us to further optimize our strategies, resulting in 21 leads gained while maintaining efficient costs across all metrics.
Now, entering the third month, having only spent 3/4 of the budget, we have already acquired 25 leads and continue to see strong engagement.

The owner of a word-of-mouth based construction company in New York came to us with the goal of developing new avenues for customer outreach.
The ad spend budget was set to $2,000 over the span of two months. For each month, we promised a minimum of 7 leads.
The targeted services were mainly big additions, remodels, extensions, and hardscaping.

We devised a strategy that included three types of ad campaigns, being collages, before-and-afters, and short videos.
In the early days, we ran tests on all ads with a lower budget to identify which ones delivered the best performance metrics. We focused on two key statistics: looking to get the Cost Per Click (CPC) under $4 and the Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM) under $30.
After a few days of testing, three campaigns emerged as top performers, achieving a CPC close to $0.70 and a CPM around $19. These numbers being some of the best statistics we've achieved to date gave us the confidence to increase the budget under the campaigns.
Outcome
By the end of the first month, we generated a total of 17 leads, almost tripling the initial amount of leads promised.
After further optimization of the campaigns, we pulled in 22 leads the following month, a few of which included floor additions, bathroom/kitchen remodels, garage extensions, and big retaining walls.
Due to our pursuing efforts, over 85% of these leads turned into appointments set up for an estimate to be given

Our client's communication and willingness to get the most out of our service plays a huge role in the high conversion rates of these leads in this case as well.
These leads are getting converted at the high rate that they are because we constantly follow up with them throughout the whole process. After a lead receives an estimate, we make sure to reach out and do everything we can on our end to increase our client's closing rates.
Especially in the second month, we had leads convert from weeks prior because of our constant pursuit of these leads.

Although our main focus was the quality of the leads and doing everything we can to help our client close real jobs, the campaigns were getting interracted with so well that they blew up and consistently quadrupled the amount of leads we initiallty promised
